A Christmas Storyfest, carol singers, roving performers, a drumming band, and stage entertainment with a special appearance by Santa are just a few of the kid-friendly activities planned. The festivities start at 4 pm.

North Burleigh CAROLS by the Sea

December 7, Ed Hardy Park

On December 7, North Burleigh Carols by the Sea is a festive event you should experience. The festival starts at 4 pm. and has food trucks, market booths, roving entertainers, arts and crafts, kid-friendly games, a bounce house, and a bubble zone.

The entertainment running at 6-8 pm at Ed Hardy Park will be lively with Christmas carols, live music, local performances, and a surprise visit from Santa. So make sure you head near the stage before the show starts.

Another great activity is to start your Christmas shopping. There are Gold Coast weekend markets you can catch this December. 

Weekend Markets

The Village Markets offers thoughtfully selected markets and events that showcase the best local businesses while encouraging innovation, collaboration, and good vibes. First and third Sundays of each month, starting at 8:30 am. Burleigh Heads State School.

Sanctuary Markets is another terrific place to visit if you are here on a Friday. They provide street food from around the world prepared with love for their native country. They are open from 4-8.30 pm. Visiting the Sanctuary Market would be fantastic following a short visit to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

Family Attraction

For the whole family, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is the ideal holiday destination. The most visited tourist attraction on the Gold Coast provides:
