Try Palmas Bar & Restaurant The Buck Stops Here made of Peychaud’s, ginger, orgeat, lemon, dark rum and Jagermeister. How about some Bittersweet Symphony? It has pear, anise, lemon, gin, elderflower liqueur, pisco, and Davidson plum.

The casual Japanese restaurant serves Baby Rolls, Sushi Rolls, Sashimi, Nigiri, Rice Bowls, Ramen, Yakisoba, Udon Noodle in Soup, and Japanese ice cream. They even have party platters that you can take home with you.

Also available is the D.Y.O. Sushi Roll. Hand roll sushi is unique in that you can use your favourite fillings or experiment to find the perfect combination. The first step is to select one primary fill, which can be Teriyaki Chicken, Fresh Salmon, Cooked Tuna, Unagi, or Wagyu Beef, to name a few options.
