These come available from time to time and are well sought after due to their Palm Beach location, close proximity to the motorway, good schools, excellent public transport service and Pines Shopping Mall.

Leases are subject to the standard guidelines set by the REIQ and the Isle of Palms Body Corporate.

Currently avaliable are a choice of furnished or unfurnished garden and waterfront three bedroom townhouses with weekly rents from $360 to $390.
