The Isle of Palms has a limited number of apartments that from time to time do become available for permanent lease, either furnished or unfurnished. Permanent rentals are normally for a twelve-month duration. Leases are subject to the standard guidelines set by the REIQ and the Isle of Palms Body Corporate.
